LeaseLock helps Massachusetts landlords organize lease, deposit, notice, evidence, and compliance workflows. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data.
LeaseLock is in a controlled beta. Authenticated users can export account data and request account deletion through the product, while manual support remains available for edge cases and payment-record questions.
We do not sell lease, property, tenancy, tenant, or landlord data. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate LeaseLock, including authentication, billing, analytics, error monitoring, email, SMS, and object-storage providers.
Current beta processors include Clerk, Stripe, PostHog, Sentry, Resend, Twilio, S3/R2-compatible object storage, and local or configured lease extraction tooling. If external OCR or extraction processors are added, their use must be reviewed before launch.
We keep account and workflow data while your account is active and, for some records, longer when needed for payment, compliance, audit, security, or legal recordkeeping. Lease, evidence, notice, and payment records may require longer retention than general product analytics or debugging logs.
Authenticated account deletion removes landlord-owned workflow data and revokes local standalone review access. Some payment and security records may be retained when needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes. Email support@leaselock.app for access, export, correction, deletion review, or questions about retained records.
We use access controls, authenticated sessions, server-side ownership checks, production object storage, operational logging, and monitoring to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and beta users should avoid uploading information that is unrelated to LeaseLock workflows.
For privacy questions or data requests, email support@leaselock.app.
