These terms govern your use of LeaseLock, a Massachusetts-focused lease compliance and workflow product. By using LeaseLock, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

LeaseLock is currently offered as a controlled beta. Features may change, be limited, or require manual support while beta operations mature.

Not legal advice

LeaseLock is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation, or legal strategy. LeaseLock provides informational compliance-risk tools, source-linked analysis, workflow checklists, and operational reminders. You are responsible for deciding whether to rely on any output and whether to consult a licensed attorney.

Who may use LeaseLock

The beta product is intended for users managing Massachusetts residential rental workflows. You must provide accurate account and billing information, protect your account credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Your content

You keep ownership of the property, tenancy, lease, evidence, notice, and communication records you upload or enter. You grant LeaseLock the limited permission needed to host, process, analyze, display, store, secure, and transmit that content to provide and improve the service.

Do not upload information unless you have the right to use it in LeaseLock. Avoid uploading information unrelated to the compliance workflow you are using.

Acceptable use

• Do not use LeaseLock to violate law, court orders, leases, or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, authentication, rate limits, monitoring, or security controls.
• Do not upload malware, abusive content, or materials unrelated to a legitimate LeaseLock workflow.
• Do not use LeaseLock outputs as a substitute for legal advice in active disputes, eviction proceedings, or high-risk legal decisions.

Beta availability

During beta, LeaseLock may have outages, incomplete coverage, disabled workflows, manual support steps, or changing feature limits. We may pause access, disable features, or correct data when needed to protect users or operate the service.

Billing and refunds

Paid plans, one-time purchases, cancellation, and refund terms are described on the pricing page, checkout flow, and refund policy. If these terms conflict with a written enterprise or pilot agreement signed by LeaseLock, that signed agreement controls for that customer.

Disclaimers and limits

LeaseLock is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that every issue, deadline, statute, regulation, case, lease clause, or factual problem will be detected. LeaseLock is not responsible for decisions you make based on incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstood information.
